How to Negotiate the Holiday Buffet: The Thanksgiving buffet can be a scary place
Foods to Avoid are turkey gravy, pecan pie,Cranberry jelly, sweet potato's. I am soooo confused so my game plan is simple turkey turkey turkey and broccoli and cauliflower with cheese,a regular sweet potato sliced with diet brown sugar , for dessert this year all sugar free, chocolate,lemon,pumpkin, I may try some ham also mainly lowest carb's possible and lots of protein. Then I will walk 2 miles hopefully I can get past the holidays without hurting my diabetes. So whatever you do try to eat healthier.
