It's been a few days since I last blogged but I have a good reason I have been very tired.
I have gone to my doctor and she changed my med's. I need to stay awake next time I see my doctor. She sent in my medicine too the mail order place and I have received medicine the last three days . I have gone from 2 pills a day to over 6 ...35.00 to over 180.00 copay for 3 month supply....So I think I am gonna start a diet and start walking at night and try and lose weight maybe I can get off these pills or I need to buy a bigger pill box lol

It appears maybe that Obama's team of Harvard big wigs were out done by a local plumber
full story Six weeks ago, University of California, Berkeley, engineering professor Robert Bea received a late-night call from an anonymous plumber. The plumber provided Bea with sketches of a containment cap that upgraded some of the design flaws in the cap the oil company deployed in its unsuccessful bid to plug the leak several weeks ago.
I wander if the plumber was JOE the plumber , I cant wait to see his bill.

Its been a hot week and last week I started having problems with my blood sugar spiking so I went to my doctor for a visit. Long story short the cheap stuff that wally world sells for 4 dollars doesn't work for me and now I am going back on the high price pills yuck....if these don't work it seems I will have to go on the needle injections yikes.
So what is my game plan? I am going on a diet/walking program....I will post my weight etc etc later so if anyone wants to walk holler at me .....Don't be a manby pamby u jack wagon join me.

I saw on tv that the state of California is gonna lower state employees wages to minimum wage
some where around 8 dollars a hours. Except for the union workers. Unions are one of the reasons our economy is bad. I wander if the Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's can live on 8 dollars per hour........They need to cut spending and taxes

Its been a good week of vacation and I have golfed and golfed some more and the rain hasn't interfered with golfing until late Friday. I have golfed on both ends of the scale one day a Hole in One, 1 stroke over...Good , today I shot 22 over front nine lost 10 balls , lost a 15.oo golf towel

Bad....The one thing the same I had fun both days ...My friend told me once I wasn't good enough to get mad when I play bad so I don't.... go figure
