Woman Horrified By Kittens Thrown From Truck
A Rockwall woman says she was horrified when she saw someone trying to kill some kittens in the middle of downtown Rockwall.
Jeanette says she was driving toward the intersection of Goliad and Washington around 2:30 Thursday afternoon. There was a red pick-up truck in front of her. The passenger door opened and Jeanette saw "two or three tiny, orange, tabby kittens were thrown out by hand from the truck." to Jeanette, the intent was clear. Link
Second case of animal cruelty this week. I don't care for cats ,but these people need to be water boarded
