Payroll Tax Cut

they say it saves me 40 a month but after taxes lets say 20-25 bucks , the way they will pay for it is higher gas prices . Link . I cant afford my gasoline now 20 bucks , they are some real smart people in Washington , No I cant think of anyone off the top of my head.
