I was watching the news on TV and saw with my own eyes Obama say."We are out of money"
Why in the heck does he still have a checkbook? He hasn't even started a health care bill.
America is lucky the government doesn't get charged a 25.00 dollar fee for every check wrote with a overdrawn banking acct.
