Its been a rough week I have been on the fence trying to get sick but I have managed to stay on the fence .

I have managed to keep my blood sugar under control my weight loss is been sidelined I bought a stationary bike I rode it last night did ok will ride again tonight , I hope to start walking again tomorrow night.
