This shouldn't surprise any one B'port is a city of HIGH TAXES, Gasoline, Utilities bills

lol, i think the city is wanting us to pay for that fine black top job on the streets downtown... what a joke... whoever approved that job was on crack! they just cut more jobs i think the jobs need to start with-in the city office... now the library geezzzz... in those two big building on thompson street where everyone sets on there a$$ doing nothing but talk about people they shouldnt talk about!
